Terms and Conditions

Please pay entire total, atleast 3 days prior to your allocated picnic
If you choose to cancel a full refund is returned (cancelation must be 24hrs in advance of selected picnic date)
All decor and serveware is to be respected, if damaged - the potential damage bond will not be returned and if items are stolen, police contact will be made
Only paid for clients are to attend picnics, under NO exceptions can others join
Our set-ups are advised for people over 15+ years of age (18+ for alcohol consumption)
Any allergies or intolerancies must be noted to Sage & Zest within 48hrs of their picnic
